About us
Delaware Venom Softball Club is a competitive, player focused, travel softball organization.
Our central goal is to empower our players through positive reinforcement, teamwork and personal sacrifice in an effort to prepare them for their successes beyond the field. 2021-’22 marks our inaugural season. We are a minority-owned, non-profit, with a passionate group of leaders throughout all levels of the organization. The coaching staff has decades of experience across multiple disciplines including coaching various sports, weight training and nutrition. We are proud to partner with local businesses with the same interests and values as we establish a footprint in the community. Our Mission
Our mission is to have fun, and enjoy the game of softball by emphasizing a culture that fosters a competitive camaraderie that values attitude and effort, and equally, respect for self, as well as for those around us, from coaches, to players to parents. We all have a responsibility to demonstrate the behavior we expect of each other.
